WATERLOO — Wilfrid Laurier University will celebrate the accomplishments of approximately 3,552 graduating students at convocation ceremonies on its Brantford and Waterloo campuses.
Two Brantford campus ceremonies will take place at the Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts on June 6. The Waterloo campus will hold 12 ceremonies at the Lazaridis Hall Auditorium from June 12-16.
As of May 30, 2,995 students qualified to graduate in Waterloo, while 557 qualified to graduate in Brantford. Laurier expects to confer 2,940 undergraduate degrees, 511 graduate degrees and 101 diplomas this month.
Five accomplished Canadians will be honoured with honorary degrees at the spring convocation ceremonies, along with other university award recipients, listed by ceremony below:
All convocation ceremonies are ticketed events. For those unable to attend, live streams of the ceremonies will be available.
