International Film Series

Theatre popcorn

The International Film Series aims to provide an opportunity to share, reflect and celebrate different cultures, languages and cinematic art. Before each screening, we have invited speakers to share insights and perspectives on the film. This series is open to the public and free to attend!

Fusion Beats!

Fusion Beats is a vibrant talent show celebrating the best student performers from Laurier and Conestoga Brantford. Taking place at the historic Sanderson Centre for the Performing Arts, this exciting event showcases diverse talents through music, dance, and performance art. Fusion Beats is open to the public and free to attend!

Ask Laurier Experts! is a speaker series designed to offer the general public an opportunity to learn from and engage with Laurier researchers who possess a wide range of expertise. The theme for the first season is Youth and Inclusion. Ask Laurier Experts! is co-hosted by the Laurier Hub for Community Solutions and the City of Brantford.

Pieces for Peace is an opportunity to host community conversations to share and promote cross-cultural learning and understanding. Pieces for Peace is a collaborative effort supported by the City of Brantford and the Laurier Hub for Community Solutions, Brantford Immigration Partnership, and other community partners.
